Advent Retreat
This Advent, join me for an Ignatian Mind Body Evening on December 13, 2023. The evening will include a combination of breath work, meditation, movement and Ignatian Contemplation focused on letting the light of Advent into our hearts and minds.
This Advent we will meet on Wednesday December 13 from 7-8pm via zoom.
Lenten Retreat
This Lent join me for a 3-week Ignatian Mind Body Lenten Retreat. This year we will focus on renewal of heart, bodies and minds in preparation for Easter. Each week's practice consists of an initial meditation/breathwork, asana practice and Ignatian Contemplation.
We will meet three times during the season on February 21, March 6 and March 21 at 7pm MTS via zoom. On the in-between weeks a brief video and practice will be sent out.
INtention Setting Retreat
This three-week Ignatian Mind Body Intention Setting retreat challenges us to choose our response to the new year with intention and focus. Through breath, movement, meditation and Ignatian Contemplation, this retreat will challenge you to see the new year with eyes of gratitude and possibility.
