WHo we are

Be Still Mind Body was founded in 2021 by Catherine Cole with the goal of creating opportunities to find stillness in the chaos of daily life. Be Still Mind Body believes that if we take the time to cultivate a bit of stillness in our own lives, it has a powerful effect on those around us. The time we spend nurturing ourselves is a gift to your family, your community and yourself.

What we do

Be Still Mind Body offers yoga classes for adults and for kids that seek to cultivate a bit of stillness in daily life. Additionally, liturgical retreats that infuse yoga and Ignatian Contemplative Prayer are offered three times a year. Catherine is available to bring yoga to you for your own private event and finally, Catherine offers Mindset Wellness coaching helping individual to set and work towards their goals.

Be Still Mind Body believes that yoga and wellness should be accessible to everyone.

We also believe in giving back to the community. With these goals in mind, we operate under a Pay What You Can model and donate a portion of all proceeds to community partners.

Join me for Sunday Yoga Club (hybrid) and Wednesdays this summer for Yoga in the Yard (in person).
